This grow began October 25th within the first week of the seeds popping roughly. There are three different strains. I had not run Northern Lights or Wedding Cake in the past and so thought I should run them a few times just to become more familiar. The third strain is a cross of my own which we will call FS3 for now. More to come on this beautiful lady in the future. I am quite curious about this one. The previous runs FS1 and FS2 were pleasers and decent weight but seemed to need a pairing with something a little more robust in the percentages and a little more on the flavor side. Out of a blind test of 5 strains however FS1 and FS2 came in 1 & 2. Sour Diesel and GG4 being part of the test group.

I wanted to continue the search however and we are at FS3. As a grower she has been beautiful and strong. She likes to stretch especially at early flower (showing part of her sativa lineage)! I’m excited to see what is in store here.

Finally the Northern Lights and Wedding Cake. These two have been strong from the beginning. You can definitely see their refined and perfected development. Branching beautifully with plenty of nodes spaced very evenly and close. Lots of vigorous growth throughout each phase. In flower the NL seemed quite stubby at first but about week four of flower took off as a power house showing her dominance in both mass and frostiness. Wedding Cake is leading in the perfume contest however leaving a beautiful sweet scent on your hand to cherish as you leave the grow space. The pictures may not all be posted immediately but I will start at the beginning and move through the grow!
