The medium is out of balance and very strong by the looks of it.

The yellowing or lime green is from to much p/k however you’ve also got burnt leaves ect going on

The burple light makes it hard to figure et all

There’s more than one problem going on due to the medium being far to hot by the looks of it.
Nothing to be freaked about mind it’s simply to hot.

If you use it again try to buff it with some coir or something like light mix
