Completely normal if you're growing in soil for them to go through a period without much growth ... more is happening under the soil than what you see above it. Once you have a good root structure, the plant will begin to speed up its growth.
- Keep day time temps about 82f +/- 2 degrees
- Don't water too frequently. They need time to dry back
- As much as @1diesel1 is right about giving them more light, its also critical not to give them too much light. Neither situation is good for your plants.
- Keep your VPD under 1.0 at their young age.
Personally, I don't see anything in your pictures that I find alarming. Just give them some time.
If the soil is tightly packed the roots will have difficulty penetrating it and the plants will grow slowly. There may be dry spots in the soil, and that will inhibit root growth as well.
I have noticed that teh growth rate is pretty slow until the plant gets about 4 sets of leaves, then you can actually notice the growth every few days.
