How would you like your plants? Well done I assume 😜 I have a feeling you need to either lower your lights intensity, or raise it up some. How far is it from your plant?
24inches and I raised the light intensity up. I think I have over feed. So I’m going to spill back on the feed and just water for the next couple of weeks.

Just keep a keen eye, and make sure nothing else starts peaking through deficiencies wise.

Looks like they are overwater let them dry out most defency happen when young because of overwatered they need very very little water when young like water once a week or less don't feed it either intill it gets older and ph between 6.0 and 6.5 Stop watering let it dry out

I’m currently letting them dry out now.. and can I use calmag in a sprayer to slightly water the plant as the soil dries out?

Don’t ever spray with the lights on, I’m not sure a foliar application is needed, boost your pots so there is airflow all around the pot. Adjust lighting accordingly and it will help you dry out faster.

The top soil don't matter let it dry out till your pots are light as feathers don't mist no more let it dry dry dry. They grow alot better if your watering when the soil is dry dry. They are so small they don't really don't need nothing the next watering use an extremely light mix of cal mag in the water. What kind of Pots you have them in plastic, fabric? What the temperature, humidity range?
