I keep mine pretty much as low as it goes. I get plenty of circulation, air exchange, and my humidity stays where I want it.
Not sure if that's right but it works for me, and I also exhaust 24/7

I agree with Lockebox, focus more on your environment, ie vpd rather than fan setting. Adjust the dan to maintain where you want and you'll be good to go
