Hello, I’m 3 weeks into flower, growing 3 clones, all different strains. I’ve done this same run a bunch of times and usually have minimal issues.
This time 2 of the 3 plants appear to be happy and their leaves are nice and perky, even praying a bit. The 3rd girl is just the opposite. She’s sad and droopy all the time.
None of them show any signs of problems, other than the droopy leaves.
Her droopiness doesn’t appear to be slowing down her growth and progress.
I wonder what causes this?
For the record, I’m growing in buffered coco amended w/ dry organics…..under 2 lights, a HLG 320 r-spec and a HLG Patriot 150…..so 470W covering a 2’x6’ space.
I’m not pushing them hard just yet, they are at roughly 650 ppfd.
The one thing that I have done a lot of is training……lots of bending, super cropping, etc.
The happy strains are White Truffle x Okie 2 and Fruity Pebbles OG. The sad plant in question is a Grandi Guava.
Thanks for chiming in……I’d love to hear what folks think.

mmmm, don’t know, is it taking longer to dry out?
some strains might not like you training them so much?
anyhoo looks like you know what your doing, maybe likes a different temp/humidity..
sounds stupid but maybe try moving the plants around,, center one to the side etc

View attachment 2010978sorry….here is the sad one.
I don't know if my experience is relevant, but its droopiness reminds me of a Doug's Varin I'm growing right now. This particular plant gets like that when the soil starts to dry out. But way before the soil should be dry. So I soak it really good when it does that, and it always perks up right away and is fine until the next time.

When I feel the soil, it's damp, but the plant is wilted just like yours. My specimen just likes its feet wet all the time.

The plant is droopy all the time. It gets a bit more so after I water but it’s always “down”.
I rotate the 3 plants even though I have the 2 lights set where there’s a pretty even distribution, at least according to my light meter.
All 3 are in the same mixture but this one has been a darker shade of green throughout. Could be a touch of N toxicity maybe.
I guess I’ll just ride things out and not worry about it. All 3 are already extremely frosty….frostier than anything I’ve ever grown at the 3 week mark.
Cheers.
