purple kush planted 2 weeks ago in gaia green living soil.
ts 3000 full spectrum light
i was at 300 ppfd until a couple days ago then went to 400 ppfd to see if that would help, no difference yet.
i top dressed yesterday with just i very light dusting of gaia green 4-4-4.
if there's no difference in 1 week, what would you people suggest?

What you've done sounds good. I'd probably let the soil dry and watch them. They mostly look healthy, so they have a good chance of recovering on their own.

This is what my 9 ounce solo cups look like. Never had a problem. May be a little overkill!

i just sprayed the soil yesterday and i do let them dry before i water again.
and i do have drain holes in the cups.
i've just never had such lime green leaves before.
