This plant now has 4 nodes as shown in video. I also took picture of the top that was cut.
This is my first top. Using fox farm ocean forest. No nutrients given yet

Yea but you could have went higher leaving 6 or even 8 nodes if you have the skill
Either way it’s a good top

Sorry I just seen the video
You actually have 6 nodes, you could have had 8 or even 10*

i do anywhere between 10th-15th node.. i like having side branches to have already started growing, pretty easy to keep an even canopy by tying down the tops till all the same height..

Nice, how long do you veg? I only have experience with 4wk veg cycles

Easy way to think about it is prop-veg-flower- post harvest
Veg is usually 18-6 or 24/0 light (18hr light, 6 hr darkness)
That’s when the most growth happens and when you’ll be doing topping or fimming, supercropping, lollipopping etc because it heals best in veg phase
You can do one of those things or all of them if that’s what you decide so don’t stress yourself out over what needs to be done, just have fun and experiment

I swear by topping and then lst the 2 new tops out to the side of the pot and then let them grow up. Even canopy is so good for not ending up with larp
