i have a few males and i`m just letting them go , hoping to use the seeds for next year. i`m in the northeast and have harvested the rest but i thought i would just let this go longer to see if the seeds mature and be good for next year. they have pretty much stopped growing and staring to turn a little

you say your plants ready to harvest

If they are and they are all brown there ready if there just turning brown leave it a week

If the plants not ready nothing wrong with waiting till she is the seeds won’t go bad.

Btw one branch would be enough to make a ton of seeds I imagine you’ll have seeds for years if it was a true male you used.
