Merry Christmas.Merry Christmas all!
ok to give you a full opinion i’d have to start from ground zero meaning i’d need to know everything that feed, temp humidity, light distance,., etc..@GNick55 I see you liking posts I got a question. The other day you told.me taco'ing leaves are caused by light, bugs, and something else. I cant find the post as this topic is just strait popular, but what about root issues, could this cause leaves to taco?
I know you read a lot of posts on here and I am sure you have seen the issues with brown spots and leaves looking like they have light issues, but the topic posters are saying it's not light issues,. Things like leaves in the shade showing signs of light stress, lower leaves showing signs of light stress, brown spots on the leaves.
I see these post everywhere and sometimes it is light stress but sometimes the problem looks like mine where a reduction in light makes the leaves start to droop, but the leave taco and the rust color spots and the viens lightening up continues to get worse even on leaves in the shade. The plant has noticed the light reduction because the leaves start to droop, but the signs of light stress continue.
Do you think this could be caused by root issues?
I only asked if root problems can make leaves taco like light stress. Maybe I over complicated the question. But that's all I was asking.ok to give you a full opinion i’d have to start from ground zero meaning i’d need to know everything that feed, temp humidity, light distance,., etc..
you seem to be making it more complicated than it is, my bags are packed solid,.. not sure if i’ll have the time today,.. maybe post a video showing your grow area etc,. though watch before posting to make sure it’s not jittery blurry and move the camera slowly around,. think you can do post a 1:30 min/sec..
I found the post I was looking for and the 3rd thing was heat not root problems. Okay figured it out thanks anyways.only two things mainly cause leaf edge curl, light stress and heat..
pest can too..
I did used to check... for instance in veg... most strains prefer a 5.8 due to Nitrogen is most efficient foe that nutrient uptake as to flower you want 6.5 to 6.8 for your pk uptake...Okay thanks, I been on the hunt for something a little more acidic, but none of the manufactures put the media pH on the bags. Im not sure how to search for this, all my attempts have failed. No worries most don't have media pH meters.
Merry Christmas! Your tree is a beauty!
That fade is juicy. Merry Christmas to you and your family brother.
It’s not for yourself really……its for the plants best interest. You are a caretaker looking to help is all!I keep popping beans and I really don’t have room for 3 more lol. (I want to pop some freebies I got too) May get the small drying tent and the philizon blurple out for these seedlings until they can handle the ts1000. That thing is powerful for the size of the tent. If it wasn’t christmas then I would just buy one of those sunblaster germination kits. I feel selfish buying for myself at this time of year
The moment she sprouts they are considered seedlings yes. And yeah, some strains will be just fine at that amount of light. Others, will wither and perishIt's been exactly 5 days since I put the seeds in a shot glass of water until they sank. When do people consider the seedling phase to begin? As soon as they pop through the medium?
The one on the right I operated on yesterday because the cotys were glued together fully opened this morning. Put them under the big light at 350 PPFD the day before yesterday. It's a little higher intensity than most recommend but they don't seem to mind.
