Purple stems/ prior overwatering week 1

Happy holidays friends. Not sure why but when I put these plants in flower a couple days ago there leaves where up and standing nicely. It’s been about 4 days and tho the soil is wet the plants are drooping. I have been having overwatering issues but i no longer water every other day i water when the pots are light yet I still have seen no improvements and I think the plants are getting worst. I’m using general organics but I haven’t feed them anything other then water seaweed great white and photosynthesis plus just to make sure I wasn’t overfeeding too pls help

The yellowing between the veins of the leaves could be magnesium deficiency or it could be a reaction to the lights, or both. What is the distance from the lights to the tops of the plants? What power setting? Reducing the light intensity and adding some magnesium to their diet might help them recover.

The humidity is low. At that temperature the VPD would be close to 2. I run mine at about 53% for a VPD about 1.4.

Stay with the wet/dry cycle for watering.

Also, purple stems can result from stress, but aren't a problem if the plant gets healthy.

Thank you truly. The light (migrolight stay) is about 7inches-10 away from the plant and the power setting are frok
10 to 100 it’s at 100.The instructions say a minimum of 6. I have been struggling with the overwatering but it’s a been a month and I still am having issues. I have an extra humidifier so I will be put in the flower area. I thought high humidity in flower wasn’t good. The plants are definitely still heavy, even though when I put my finger in the medium, I could not feel any moisture really but I also know the overwatering damage the roots however, I’ve seen new growth in the roots but not any real
Improvements in the stunted growth. I am using general organics should I give 10 ML instead of five ML per gallon next time the plants are dry? The plants have unfortunately been stressed (from the overwatering definitely but nursing back to health has been a up hill battle im losing drastically)

I haven’t seen any, but I will take a better look with the magnifying glass on Wednesday. Thank you. For the most part when I stick my finger in the from the top or the bottom of the container the soil feels dry but when I lift the pot it’s heavy

Your lights might need to be higher. Try 18 inches. That'll lower the intensity. It might be enough. Reducing the light intensity is a common method for helping plants to recover.

Putting a finger into the medium isn't accurate because water tends to pool at the bottom of the pot. It's called the perched water table. A soil moisture probe provides a better idea of the moisture. Lifting the pots works well, though.

You're right. Humidity during flowering isn't good, but that's higher than 60% or so. I set my controller to 53% during flower and haven't had any problems.

Your plants don't look stunted to me, and you should get a good crop. Be sure to use nutrients formulated for flowering.

thank you again for the assistance. I will definitely raise the light. I will also purchase a soil probe. I’m just not sure why the perched water table keeps happening. I’ll try and raise the humidity as well. I’ll take a better video on Wednesday but the leafs don’t look healthy and the plants have lost all vigor for the most part
