They look great

Don’t add any food yet
Adding food to early will burn the plant.
It’s harmful to feed to early the seedlings gets burnt and it actually slows down new growth as the seedlings get stunted.

there will be enough food in the soil for now.

Just don’t over water that is the one thing that will slow down the growth.
The medium looks quite wet
If you use your finger and can feel moisture in the medium wait it doesn’t need to be “wet” for them survive
In truth if there to wet the roots can breathe so let that medium dry out before you water again.

As said Looks good 👍🙂

Just curious of what soil you're currently planted in and what your plans are when you transplant?

Look like healthy seedlings probably mostly growing roots currently vs leaves

They look healthy to me. I also agree with @Gmix about watering. They're old enough to dry a bit.
I let mine flop over early o occasionally, water them, tie them to a stick and you are fine. Just can't leave them dried out for very long or they die.

So this grow is my indoor start for my outdoor grow this year.. I have them in some fox farm and coco choir
