Seedling white spots 2 days old

Saw these white spots on one out of six seedlings...they are under a sf1000 light at 40% and 22 inches high. Any thoughts of this? There is also another light in the same grow tent that's much stronger but not directly over my seedlings. Just been spraying with ph water twice a day and have humidity domes one.... Temp in tent is 78 to 82

The other light might cook them

I can't tell from that picture what you're talking about, but once a plant comes up above the soil don't put humidity domes on them
