They look ready to me. If you want a more couch-lock type of stone, let them mature longer. If you want a more headrush type of stony, harvest earlier.
I would clip them, trim them wet, then turn the grow tent into a drying chamber where you can hopefully control humidity and temp for several days. I do this in Arizona where the plants go bone dry in 2 days if left to dry in the local climate. I turn on a humidifier and try to keep temps down as well. I dry around 4 days this way, and then trim the buds off the branches. Buds go into Grove bags with humidity gauges. If over 65%, I leave the bags cracked open a bit and I open bags wide and fluff things for a few minutes each day. If the buds stick together, they probably are a bit too wet so I keep opening the bags. If dropping below 60% I immediately seal the bags, add a few 62% Boveda packets and watch for 24 hours. If the humidity stays below 60%, I've overdried, so I put in a few small pieces of chopped celery to bring the humidity back up to 60-65%. Once at the right humidity I seal the Grove bags and wait at least 3 weeks for it to cure enough to smoke a bit. Somewhere around 3 weeks the green taste starts to disappear, and the bud becomes smokable. Cure for a few more weeks/months, and the green/hay taste should be gone.
