Hi everyone first time using dwc I have some 70liter oxypot xl systems I’m running with air stones. Only using 20liter of water at the moment with a 1-2inch gap under the baskets with clay pebbles.
Cuttings have been in about 3 days and the roots are starting to poke threw the net pots.
Cuttings are jealousy candy
Tropical galeto and Tokyo snow
Ec is 1.3
Ph 5.8
Temp 26c
Res temp 22c
Using canna start and rhizoctonic at the moment I’m thinking of starting canna aqua a+b at day 7
Lights are hps 600w
Any help and advice is appreciated I lost my last crop so I need this one to work I’m running the canna feeds threw out

Ps ignore the mess of wires I was rushing to get it all in I will tidy them this week

Hey mate! Grow is looking good, I have never done DWC so I don't think I can offer much help haha. Sometimes it takes a day or so for everybody to log on. I came here from another website where after 3 weeks of posting I didn't get a single reply so don't give up just yet 😛 . Sometimes it takes a day or so for people to notice new threads.

Sorry to hear about your last batch, what happened to your last crop?

Got right to the end on chop day police came threw the door and got it mate was gutted absolutely gutted but you live and learn not the first time and probably won’t be the last haha and thank you for the reply this dwc is completely new to me so I need as much advice as I can get 😂

Well I guess that's probably the worst way you could lose it, sorry to hear about that, I would be pretty upset too. I have never ran DWC but hopefully somebody familiar with it pops around, its still quite early in the morning Americas.

Yep was a nightmare I’m in the uk so they don’t like you doing any here mate just one of those things I love weed and I don’t give up easy 😂 it’s a game there job to catch us our job to get away with it Iv had my fair share of them so is what it is haha uk police are dogs 🐕

6:30 am central time here in the states, Independence Day on top of that so not many folks out of bed yet, you'll get a few replies my friend but be patient.

Are those containers attached to each other to recirculate or do you have to access each one individually? You mentioned lighting is 600HPS, I'm running that currently, how many do you have? I could only see one hood in your vid

Hi thanks for the reply I have 6 of the lights only got 4 on at the min and I have to access the tubs separately each has 2-3 air stones in as I mentioned this is very new to me I got them in a bundle as I’m on a budget with this after losing my last crop and I didn’t realise it was Independence Day sorry have a good day mate 👍

DWC quickly became RDWC, folks figured out accessing those tubs wasn't much fun so they found a way of connecting them and recirculating the water so there is only one access point and it doesn't have a plant. enough of that, what you have is very cool! Going to require some labor as hydro plants can drink 2 gallons per day per plant mid flower. Keep your ppm's inline and you can grow some bud, and lot's of it

I was on a budget so I just had to get what I could mate rough couple years Iv had 😂 I’m not to bad with coco but this is kinda put me out of my comfort zone time I have and I love being in there and trying out new things Iv read so much on this but a lot of thing conflicting with others so that’s why I’m here hoping to learn more on the Ec ppm and the foods I’m using Iv got everything off the canna chart above keeping it simple this time to see if I like it and see what I can produce the Ec slightly changes ph has some swings up and down but nothing major I can keep it around 5.8 any advice on feeding I’m changing the res on each every few days 2-3 keeping the water clean

You might read my buddies grow log, @Bilber, he ran a system very similar to yours in concept. Sure the parts are different but truly the only difference in yours and bilbers is you have oxygen being added. Bilber was running the Kratky method where to oxygen is not added. You’ll read where one day after a resv change all his plants threw out the middle finger and crooked. Why, we figured it out, dwc requires constant water levels. Now biller is my bro and I’m pretty sure he won’t mind me sharing this. Point is you can, and will, learn from others here at

Thanks I’ll have a read threw it I have been changing every few days as I didn’t want the water getting dirty I have a spare tank so I fill that up and then just swap them over hope that’s alright don’t want them messing up thank you very much I’ll have a read threw in an hour I’m just finishing doing the last 2 changes now moved the room around abit needed get it more organised had wires everywhere

A few more pics from today had a move around changed all the res out on every tank and will get all my lights back up tomorrow need to adjust where they sit so only running 3 at the moment if you can see anything wrong please let me no any help is very much appreciated
