So the original norcal/mendo scene blue dream that started coming out here to TN in the mid 2000s-2010.
The big blue dream buds that had that clothy, soft texture to them, and never kiefed on their own even when super dry (the buds have a very different texture to them then most cannabis does)
Everyone around me loved that stuff, and i made DAMN good money on it, because it wouldnt get me high. At all. Was like smoking nothing. Tasted good, burned good, but would never even make my face warm.
Everyone around me loved it, with some people i sold to, it was their favorite i had up to that point. Everyone kept asking for me to get more blue dream, and i would oblige because i never smoked any of it. Was all profit.
to. This. Day..... Legit blue dream wont get me high. It just doesnt, and i have zero explanation for that. I even brought a blue dream male into my peaceblasetr f1 lineage a couple gens back. And the resulting seeds were all around pretty sweet. But none of the females of the gene pool that donated the males got me high. At all. Whatsoever. The crosses do, but blue dream the plant usually does not. It actually became how i would determine if the blue dream was legit or not. If it got everyone but me high, it was probably legit blue dream. One of my favorite plants was a glue dream cookies F1, and the father was a blue dream male.
Blue Dream not getting me high at all, is the single biggest mystery to me in all of the cannabis world. That should even be possible, but whatever lmao. Guess that plant didnt like me.
im done a half hour early and they dont need me tonight. Off the clock i go.

oh im sure it will, i made more money off blue dream then i did Gg4 lmao, and i grew gg4 personally. People love that stuff for damn good reason lol. As far as i can tell its one of the greatest sativa genepools of the modern age.That is weird, here’s hoping it works for me
Sometimes i think maybe blue dream liked me, and thats why it didnt get me high. That plant changed my world forever and took me places id have never gone otherwise. But it would be cool to enjoy smoking one of the legends of the cannabis world too lmao. That plant taught me exactly how much of my (at the time) profit margin was being smoked up by me and my friends too. Was very valuable information.
Wouldn't be the first time a specific cannabis genetic went all "ancient/wise plant teacher" on me. There are some cannabis plants where its kind of ridiculous the amount i learned from having them around. The columbian land race taught me a lot as well. Prob more then any other cannabis plant.

I had a little tidy up in the garden this morning cleared some leaf and inspected the flowers and all seems great have been running dehumidifier to get RH down around 50%. The Orange Bud 0.2 is really shaping up not looking like a huge yield but quality looks

It's getting to be that time again. The ladies are getting close to harvest. This one is Canna-Cheese auto from Mephisto at 70 days from seed. The smell hits you right as you open the tent. Looking forward to the harvest on this one.
