That’s a great idea!I never even thought of that!Ive been scrambling my brains trying to help this guy but you’ve cracked it!Thats perfect!Well done my man!!💪🏻🇬🇧💯
I do it in the winter in my basement haha
I kill all the heat ducts to the lung room only what the furnace itself passively pulls from the room no inlets no active returns and then I seal the room it’s 20x10 in the summer I open it to the 50x40 crawlspace where the new mini lab is and run the AC in the main lung room
😛

I always thought America would be great for outside grows but I guess not!Ive seen some great outside grows over there but obviously not from Maryland! We get one shot at it in Scotland and then it’s up to the weather! Its usually fine but some years it destroys the whole lot!I have to do inside because it’s illegal here but it’s easy!I stay in a middle flat and nobody has a clue!Silent fans and a good extractor fan work wonders!I will send a pic with this! She’s an RS11 with about a week to go so she’s on the flush!Trichomes just starting to turn cloudy so won’t be long now!I do one female at a time!I could do two or scrog it but I work and don’t have the time for all that! She will get lst and that’s it,some pruning when in flower!Zoom in to see the bud!💪🏻💯🇬🇧
Btw 2 in a scrog is excellent and quick work when working a lot, I have 5 minutes per day on work days before work to deal with plants before I have to leave, I just have everything set up and in the morning come in slam water in 2 increments per plant then zip and rip, I got 640g off 2 frostettes in 5 gallon buckets in a 2’x4’ scrog table

Maryland is tough. Plant in April and the nights are too cold. Plant in May or June and the days are too hot.
Amen, freezy. I’m in central Virginia doing my first outdoor grow in pots. They’re pretty dang happy, all things considered. They’re in 3 quart pots and when the sun gets cooking I put their little hats on to shade the pot and soil.

Crude but effective!

Sigh, no I really don’t have a good place to dry/cure. I know how to do it but it’s going to be in the same shed, so hot a humid as hell.
If you have a 2nd fridge (beer fridge?), you can try a modified ‘low-n-slow’ drying technique. I’ve done this a couple of times.

My beer fridge holds at about 40 degrees as is; if it’s holding only drinks you could bump the temp up as high as you’re comfortable. I use paper grocery bags folded over to slowly dry branches inside the fridge, each bag containing about 40 grams or so. It really slows down the dry but it also protects your terps and trichomes from heat damage. Haven’t had an issue with mold either.

This isn’t an ideal drying temp but I think it’s gonna be way better than hanging/drying in that oven you call a shed 😆. And yes, I think I’d chop now or very soon. Here is a shot of my 2nd fridge loaded with slow drying grocery bags.

Eventually you’ll need to cure but I won’t go into that here. Just a cool jar-cure once dried, with Boveda packs (58-62% RH) to maintain. (Haven’t tried grove bags yet, BTW.)

We on putput mode round here. 1 passive exhaust each room, and one large fan for circulation each.
Then it’s the least powerful light, at 10%
It’s saved my bacon for years…..
