Next year I will be moving hopefully 🙏 😌 I just have to sell 2 homes. My mother is coming to live with us.
Staying with back east? Any idea where you’d like to go? Whatever you’re searching for I hope you find it! One thing is certain! You can’t be afraid to get off of your front porch!✌️🍻

Well, you do a good job of making up for a couple of week genetics by throwing sheer numbers at them! L O L! When, in doubt, grow more!
I didn't expect them to all make it tbh. At least not The Mutant or the Guinea Pig. Especially not the Guinea Pig. I abused the hell out of her for a couple months in the beginning.

Yeah, I’ve had a few, I’m growing in spite of you, dumb ass, plants!🌱 L O L! And if you’re growing regs You need to start with 30 to make sure you wind up with 10! And you need all the infrastructure in place to handle that stuff! But that’s what makes it fun! And once you’ve got it all in place, it’s actually pretty cheap from year to year! Amending doesn’t cost much! Been using the same dirt, and the same bags for five years! A couple of them have holes worn in the bottom from dragging them around! Plants don’t seem to mind!

Infrastructure? Lol That, I didn't have. I had read this experiment a Dutch breeder tried. They went up and down one size from their standard pots and compared yields with the standard size. I don't remember exactly what they were. They got bigger yields in the smaller size. So my brilliant ass decided to try going down a size. Well my plants are way bigger but I don't like really tall plants. Much wider also. The support poles aren't much use in the sense that they might typically be used. And some of the branches are bigger than the support poles. Mostly its the pot size that limits their usefulness. Tall and top heavy is nightmare fuel. Lol We had 20 mph winds plus gusts yesterday. More rain tomorrow. Yay!

Shots from yesterday morning. Fighting the good fight with caterpillars, but beyond that we’re cruising.

Now I gotta time my harvest right, dry semi correctly, and trim 😭 the amount of trimming wife and are gonna have to do hit yesterday. Gonna get carpal tunnel. Luckily it doesn’t have to be manicured, I’m not scared of some leaves lol

I bought some leafy weed with the intent to trim it. Got thru like two nugs 🤣

Quick question if anyone knows. Some of the yellowing leaves on my big plants have a little bit of that red color on them. That's just a nutrient deficiency combined with the weather cooling down right?

View attachment 2287280Everything is fattening up nicely, hopefully it works out for consecutive ripeness. Don’t wanna trim everything at once.

I went with 3 plants this year. One down, 17 jars. The next 2 should be about a week apart. With 3 plants it's a lot of work trimming. I don't think I'd be up to trimming what you've got !!!

I agree. Seems like every time I get excited to harvest, but dread the fact that it's got to be trimmed up. Many many hours of trimming and sore backs and necks.

I’ve heard that the fall colors is normal, just the plant living its life cycle.

The red can be a nutrient issue. I don’t know the strain, so I don’t know if it’s the plant of the guy feeding it 🤣

It’s real pretty either way.
