I’m watering them every couple of days. I’m not to sure how often I should be watering them as I don’t want them catching root rot.how often you watering?

The cream/brown spots on the leaves could indicate a mild nutrient deficiency, possibly calcium or magnesium, or an issue with water pH. Since you're watering every couple of days, check the soil moisture about an inch down; if it's still damp, wait another day. Seedlings need consistent but not excessive moisture.
Consider testing the pH of your water if you haven't already. Aim for around 6.0-6.5 for soil grows, as nutrient uptake can be affected if the pH drifts too far outside this range.
