I have put cannabis seed in those spots and this is what's growing....is this cannabis or did it get stolen and replaced by whatever tree that is

you cannabis seed is born dead, and that's something else growing ...or your seed wasn't cannabis at all ...

BEWARE!!!! I ran a couple of your images through an AI plant identifier app and it came back as Mexican Fire Plant. POISONOUS to humans and livestock. Not only that, its sap can give you a nasty rash too.

I recommend you YANK THAT PLANT NOW and use gloves when you do it.

I see the resemblance. OP got any better pics? Heard of weed being fire but this is a bit much
