Thank you so much.Yes, it looks like mold. It should be okay. White mold isn't harmful, AFAIK. When I've had it, I loosen the soil to help it dry and/or top dress the soil with fresh soil. It's okay to add soil against the stem.
Thank you so much.You can simply scrape it off, add a fresh layer of potting mix once the rest of the soil is dry, and ensure it doesn’t get too moist in the future. Avoid overwatering. Improve air circulation w/ fan etc.
Lights were and still are far away as I want to stretch these a little, they have been turned up a notch a few weeks back.Looks like a LOT of stem without any branching!

Will do, thanks for the tips.Probably arial mycelium. I see exposed roots and a lot of unused space in your pot. You might want to add a little soil.
