Just want to see how long people like to veg their plants, I usually will let them go passed this point but most others will say they would flip by now.

Are these about 8-9 weeks old? Photoperiod you can keep in Veg forever. You can also put into flower at 3 weeks with low results. You have well over 6 nodes, let them flower. We start at 6 weeks, as long as they are strong enough.

How tall is your tent?
I would flip, your tent looks filled to me.
The 1 corner of the net looks like it has a little space but while you try to fill that in, the rest will be growing taller as well and might become hard to manage.

They are going to stretch 2x-3x the size they're now.
Could do a double scrog.

I have a bad habit of vegging to long.
I try to fill the net as much as I can and when I do flip and they finish the stretch, I end up with a lot of foliage and have to defoliate for air flow and humidity management, flipping earlier would of made the plants easier to manage.

The other issue I run into when vegging to long is once the branches stretch and pack on some bud weight, the smaller branches can't support the weight of the buds and they start to fall over so they need supported.

I have a similar problem but I plan for it. I’ll double scrog for buds around week 3 and defoliate a second time. They’re not too old, around 5 weeks.

I would have flipped 10 days ago. I go by floor coverage (and scrog low and wide.). Particularly if I'm running genetics I'm not familiar with, I'm a little paranoid about running my plants into my lights if I get an enthusiastic stretch.

I try and flip asap. The less time you can spend in veg the best. I try and have enough clones so that I can flip in 4 weeks with a full canopy. This keeps each cycle at 3 months for four cycles a year per tent.

i flip to flower 5 week after germinating the seeds, at that time the plant are usually 20 to 35cm tall and overlap noticeably to each others, then depending strain and phenotypes i could end with plants measuring 50cm to 120 cm:

2x3x6 (90x60x180) tent 8 plants 6L (1,6 gal) pots

SOG short veg, no topping, no lst imo has the best gr/W/m²/"time spent veg+flo" (oz/W/sqft/"time spent veg+flo") wich is rather important to me to renew my stock before running out between each harvest as i can't affect much space to growing.

I give mine about 2 months veg and train them hard to stay low. And i consider the strain description.

I’m growing a multipack by a breed Ethos, and each are different strains but all are “early girls” so I’m trying to push them here. They’re at about 2 feet with the scrog but my tent is 7 feet tall so I’m thinking now that the trellis is nearly filled to flip by the end of the week. How many plants and in what size tent can you get two months in?

I go by the height of the plant and how much room there is for them to stretch. I also make sure they're healthy and well fed.

With this strain i'm growing started LST and spreading out the branches low and slow from about 3wks till right before i flipped them. I grew it outdoors and noticed how short it grew and i liked the spacing of nodes and less leaves. It's a indica cross so it stays pretty small for me. I can grow 4 of these photos in my 3x3 but i'd rather just do 3. I mostly do different strains at one time but this plant i took clones from it outdoors and just vegged them maybe even longer than 2months? But i believe when at least i do the hard LST/HST high stress training it will slow down the stretch. This is a strain called white lady been around along time just not seen much with all the other thousands of strains more popular nowadays. I prefer short, stout indica hybrids. I've got a crap auto flower in there also. I keep it very basic and have done alright for myself. You got great hight for that scrog, i've done it 1x i just like the freedom of pulling them out of the tent and working on them when needed. 3gal. fabric is pretty much all i've ever grown in. Except for autos i've done small cont. grows of those many times.

That’s the worst part about scrog nets, you can’t take them out to work on them. Makes you have to get creative on working in the back corners of the tent. That’s why I like putting the first scrog net at around 2 feet so I can crawl under it to work on the back plants bottoms. Here i’m growing pink runtz, zweet, mandarin, and kush, but all are crossed with Ethos’ cookies strain. First time growing anything from the breeder but all 4 germinated perfectly, are healthy so far, and growing very quick.
