Dec seedling zero growth plant what to do

I transplanted this seedling into a 5gallon dwc bucket last week. Since then i am seen almost zero growth. The bucket is plain water. Water level is a few inches below the rockwool cube. Plant looks healthy but has not grown at all. Tent temp ranges from 20C at night to 25C during the day approximately.

Why there is no growth? What should i do?

You should very careful hold your cutting in your finger tips and swing your arm to remove as much moisture from your block.
So like there is none.
Then plant in your net pot stones deep enough that block it covered or it will green up.
Then make sure your water level is into the net pot but under the cube 1/2 inch.

Bubble and wait, if and only if it wilts will you water.
Block is so saturated it doesn’t need to look for water.

Enjoy.

Water level should be under the basket soo that the pooping of the bubbles makes it wet.

Personally have found that having it much closer works best for me.
Then as the water gets sucked up it will get back there.
Ultimately I run rdwc and this setting will last me 3-4 weeks without doing anything.

I don't care to use rock wool. I would do some kind of transplant. are checking the PH ?
Plant is still alive and imo can be saved ...
