my guess would be ph or cal mag?
Details:
2 gallon pot
Ocean forest soil
1 month old
top dressed with all purpose Gaia green 4-4-4
Watered 1000ml ever 2 or 3 days depending on soil dryness.

Both lower and upper nodes are showing it, not sure what that means

Depending on light intensity and distance you may want to reduce, but yes beginning stage of needing calmag. 👍

200w at 3 feet from canopy, top of canopy only reeding 250-400ish ppfd. thoughts? im running them at 18/6

I usually run 125w or 30-40% of my 300w light and 36 inches away. But as long as you’re feeding correctly and environment parameters are there you can always get by with pushing more. I’d highly suggest calmag.

I’m feeling the 5ml per gallon, that’s the high amount on the bottle, should I push more?

That’s a good amount!! I push the same amount.

They look over-watered to me, based on the thickness and texture of the leaves. When you can see the venules ("little veins") on the fan leaves, they're bursting with water. Ocean Forest doesn't hold enough air at field capacity. It needs longer drybacks. When I run Ocean Forest or Happy Frog, I water slowly to runoff, only when the pots are very light.

Over-watering is watering too often, as opposed to giving too much water at once. Over-watered roots struggle to take up nutrients. You'll often see a variety of symptoms that look like nute deficiencies, but it's not because there isn't enough food in the pots. It's because the root hairs drowned.
