So this is my second batch of trying to grow. I'm having major issues right now because the leaves keep shriveling up and I have tried everything that I could find to fix it.
The plants are in their second week of vegetative phase.

I give each plant about 3 sprays from a spray bottle every 2 or 3 days. As long as the soil is dry up to the first knuckle.
Humidity sits around 75%. My LED lights are on a 18/6 cycle. I use Vivosun to mostly automate it. I use a nutrient solutions combination i got from "Advanced Nutrients." I can tell you the nutrients if that'll help.

What is the media? Which Vivosun light? Hanging how high above the plants? Is the light dimmed at all? Are you feeding with every watering? Do your cups have holes in the bottom for drainage?

Half "fox farm" potting soil and half "Coco Loco" coconut coir.
Vivosun VS LED light
16" above plant
70% intensity light
Feeding one a week and watering once or twice a day depending on moisture.
Yes, there drainage holes

You have amended soil and amended coco, and you're feeding weekly on top of that. At minimum, I suspect you're overfed. In the Foxfarms amended soils, I might feed three times during the entire grow. You might be over-watered as well. Over-watering is watering too frequently. In Happy Frog or Ocean Forest, I'll water slowly to runoff only when the pots get very light. With small plants and (relatively) big pots, that could take a week or more to dry back enough. I don't know which light you're running, so it's tough to know if the light level is good.

I see so many of these post with people having the same issues when it comes to medium and nutrients. I myself have 12 plants under my belt. So I am a rookie, but I have not gone wrong with this combo and have not had one issue with any plant besides light intensity which is an easy fix. I use
Kings royal mix for medium. Has everything and it's momma in it plus ph buffer.
Then I use botanicare nutrients
Cal mag, silica, pro grow pro bloom

I add big bud in flower and great white during veg for the roots. I feed exactly what the bottle says and just read my plants. Never have had to change anything. Or check any ph and my runs have been great

My first batch was over fed as well so I cut the amount in half but I see that that is still too much. I will drop it down again. Thanks for the advice

Not sure which FF soil you're in, but Happy Frog, Ocean Forest, and Coco Loco all have enough amendments in them for about three weeks. I wouldn't feed at all.

70% intensity at 16" is to much light

That young, I would be at 30" and 20%-30% intensity.
I don't go over 40% in veg.

Middle of flower is when you want to turn it up to 70%-100%
