What is the manufacture of them spray nozzles? 133 psi you run steel braided lines for that? How many spray nozzles are you running?

RO tubing

The line says 60 psi. But my original setup used a RO pressure take that reached 115 once. I never even thought about it, actually. They never burst. My compressor has a length of about 2 feet from the compressor line to the solenoid that is regularly at 120 psi. I am just using 1/4 OD reverse osmosis lines and connections. They seem to hold up just fine.

My setup has 11 misters. 3 per length, 1 per width, and 3 on the bottom. At the same positions as the ones on the side.

Correction, the 1/4 OD RO tubing states that it can handle 120 psi at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. 60 psi at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. So the colder, the higher the psi it can handle.

yes, they are truly magical indeed!

The plant on the left is 4 days out of germination at the time of the photo. I kind of took it out a little early. It still had part of the shell on it. But was long enough to get nuets. So I stuck it in the system. It's from Royal Queen, OG Kush.
The more mature one is a bit of a story. I found it in an ounce of weed that I bought from a medical Marijuana dispensary. I soaked it for 36 hours in clonex and germinated it. I had read that fogponics was better for seedlings. So I made a crude one out of a Gatorade bottle and an old mister that I had. It developed a tiny bit but never really developed. So I made a larger fog chamber out of a glass 1 quart pot. I could never control the temperature. It would get up to almost 90 degrees in the root chamber. I bought another mister and installed it. Same heat issue, I would use an ice bath to try and control the heat build up. Anyway, this new mister turned out to shut down and pretty much nuked the roots. But it was still hanging on for dear life with a couple of tiny leaves. So I fired up my first system design. It consisted of a design that I saw on YouTube. I had a water pressure tank charged to 85 psi. The way the system worked was that I would fill the tank with nuets first with about a gallon and a half. The pump would then draw from the drained nuets back into the pressure tank. I would use 2 timers. 1 for the misters, and 1 for the pump to recharge the pressure tank. The system was impossible to regulate. So the pump would empty the drip reservoir and then not self prime. The plant's roots would get blasted.
After about the 5th near death experience I changed the system to the present configuration. Cut the dead root section off. And for the first time I saw actual root growth. I will upload photos from my PC. For some reason it won't allow me to do it from my phone, which is easier to write on.
The last issue this warrior had was this. The lid has over 30 2 inch holes for net pots. So I just taped the holes closed. But it would leak out some mist when the solenoids were open. The leaves that grew would all curl and start to die. My first thought was that I was crushing them with too much light. I think that my meter said 25k lumens. So I changed the light to a 60 watt led light and set the height to give it about 6k lumens.
This was the final near death experience. That's when I realized that the tiny mist leaking out onto the leaves was over watering them. I put something to block that and the new leaves have been healthy ever since. I trimmed all of the crappy leaves.
I will have to check. But I believe that the warrior is about a month old. But about 2 weeks with the correct system.
The Royal Queen seedling has 1 long root. The warrior has a bunch of roots developing off of the surviving part of the root

hmmm, looks awfully complicated to me. just a fyi, seedlings don't need any nutes for the 1st week. it has all it needs in the cotyledons (the 1st 2 little round leaves).

i would also recommend not pruning any leaves unless they are dead, almost completely yellowed, or moldy etc. if the plant isn't getting enough nitrogen, it will rob it from the older leaves [1st]. nitrogen is a mobile element and can travel throughout the plant. (check out my pics, my plant is 27 days old and still has all but 2 leaves and topped the @5th set.) she is going nuts with huge leaves & may need a thinning soon. (touchy subject here & many differing opinions on how/when/why to de-leaf) i'm old skool and believe the plants need them as "growth engines"

lastly, never get discouraged & give up if things don't go as planned and you have to back up 10yds and punt, as it were. i'd bet there is hardly a person here who hasn't spent thousands of time & money on different equipment, nutes, ideas, inventions, lights ect etc. went trial & error until by the sweat of their brows & mebbe had a little luck they read the right book or met the right mentor or whatever. it takes a ton of knowledge and dedication to become proficient at growing absolute top shelf quality weed. one thing all pros have in common is they learn everyday!

Not discouraged at all. My first attempt which I went into expecting failure. Seems to be going good so far for a first attempt, using a high pressure Aeroponics system, at that. As for fogponics, fog it, HPA is the way to go for me. The old warrior is doing good for now. The roots look good and are waiting for the canopy to catch up before developing more.

These are from today. The tough old guy is chugging along. The only slight worry is Queeny. Since I put it into the system too early. It didn't need the cotyledons' food supply and hasn't opened up yet. There is even a tiny leaf peaking out from between the cotyledons. Still looks healthy and the tap root reach past the bottom of the netpot.

I have an update to my setup that I'll post later. Thanks and I'll check out your post later too.

Ill be honest this is really the first time ive read anything on hp aero stuff. I use an aero cloner but at like 40psi using rainbird micro misters! What kind of advantage is the high pressure compared to low pressure?

As a plumber i dont see any advantage to high pressure except maybe smaller droplet size, and i see a few disavantages due to constantly charged high pressure line, the need for expensive equepment and juat general wear and tear on the infrastructre, so i imagine high maintence!

Im not trying to be a smart ass i genuinly want to know as i may reconfigure my set up next time

Well, droplet size is a huge deal IMHO. And accelerated growth speed.

My misters are on sale for 40 cents a piece. I paid 47 cents. My pump cost me 16 bucks. The RO tubing and connectors probably cost less than 20 bucks a chamber. My timer was less than 10 bucks, 12 max. The only expensive thing that I bought was a pancake compressor for 120. Oh yeah, 2 solenoids were 8 or nine bucks. The only extra that I'm adding is a Back UPS power supply in case of failure. I also put 2 pressure gauges, not needed, for around 10 bucks.

My reservoir is just the 1 gallon distilled water that I use for perfect starting water. I throw it away for now after a week or 2.

I hardly need to do anything now that it's complete. I use a 10 dollar ppm/ec meter. And I bought 4 temperature probes for 18 bucks, now 20. I know that I will need more water as they grow. Same for LPH.

I can send you my parts list if you like? I now have it run for 3 seconds, off for 157 seconds. As far as I can tell, monitoring the neuts is the most work. I can help you wire the controllers and sketch my design. If you're a plumber, it should be a breeze to plumb it.

BTW, the only thing under high pressure. I a length of tubing where I convert compressor air hose to 1/4 OD RO tubing. Nothing else is under constant pressure. I also turned down the air pressure to 85 psi. Which is what the pump puts out with no closed system. eg when misting.

Don't use the mister link that I posted to purchase. I went to order 120 more today and noticed that there is a $23.99 shipping charge. I went to my order history and ordered through them again. That vendor has free shipping. They come in 2 packs for a Black Friday price of 37 cents each!!! I paid $1.50 from Amazon for Tefen misters the first time that I tried a setup.
