Feminized seed 4th week of veg. I’d say you are behind a little bit. It’s all about watering, lighting and environment in veg that is going to give you growth rates. I think you may be watering too much. As I only watered once every 5 days. So by week 4 I had only watered 4-5 times.

How you train/water the soil, to promote roots to seek water plays a part as well, during the rooting phase.

Did not load image. Here you go. 4week veg from seed.

So the only other thing is, are you sure they are 3.5 weeks true veg?

I want you to..
-Remove the risers
-Get the fans wind hitting the wall to create the force, don’t blow the fan directly on them, not blowing over top of the canopy either let them leafs warm up
-Do full soil thorough watering, 1/4 gallon at a time and use a squeeze bottle with a snout if you want to get serious remember how much you thorough water, because that’s going to be your watering amount every single time thereafter and your watering intervals will be what changes not the amount. So you can runoff soak properly every time and just water that amount. (As long as you time it properly, and so early runoff using this watering habit indicates you didn’t wait long enough and no runoff or less runoff (needing to give more water to accommodate) means you went too long. Also allows you to gauge your plants drinking habits and allows you to notice when she needs watered more often consistently, those changes become easier to spot and for you to adjust the timing, but still you use the same amount as found from the first very thorough watering you did).
-Allow runoff to soak into the bag, do not dump. You can put on risers if you need to runoff flush or intermittently air out the wet zone, the very bottom center of the bag that holds the most moisture. But long dry backs you most likely won’t have any issues with airing out the bottom and they will suck it all up after developing the vast root system in this manner of long dry backs. ⭐️ On the first full thorough watering, give that B**** a looooong drying, like 7 days, push it off on this first one as long as the plant can wait and not show major droop.⭐
-Give 4-5 days before you water (given your humidity is around 60% all the time which is the peg optimal humidity for all temp ranges for VPD). Be smart with this one, the goal is to dry them out and force the roots to seek. So yeah let them get a little dryer than you normally would. You will runoff soak the feed so don’t trip out on dry spots, just don’t be pussy on the runoff and give it a good amount, the soil will suck it up. If it won’t soak up runoff after half a day then suck it up with a large syringe or something, the soil is full. Then let them go a long time again. This will promote root growth and in turn creates top growth. Do it right and you can make a big plant quick.
—-eventually you will keep the soil moist and water more regularly, the plant will tell you. Like above, if for 2 waterings, she is needing extra water to get good runoff for soaking, switch to watering more often. Eventually in flower you will be watering every other morning, but still same amount of water just more often.
-Bump up their nutrients up a tad and then,
—-Increase the light distance slightly if you have an intensity dial leave it be just move the light up an inch or two.

Hey man, I am bored, hope you get some good buds. Lots of good info in here I think. This is one way that works well and has worked well for me to develop my watering habits. So I like to encourage others to do the same if they have not developed a system yet.
