Upgrading light in the middle of a grow

Hey guys I’m about 2-3 weeks in flower and I want to upgrade my Vivosun VS1000E (100W) light to a Viparspectra XS1500 (150W) Pro I’m growing out of a 2x2x5. Are their any negatives to this I assumed upgrading could help yield at this point or would help in the future. Just curious as to whether their were any drawbacks to doing this. (Pics attached it’s a Sour Diesel plant also my first grow so any feedback from what you see is appreciated)

Switching lights is no issue, some growers move the whole plant to another tent when flowering starts.

You're in early flower so start at lower intensity and work your way up each week.

The XS1500 pro is a pretty powerful light, I would start an intensity lower then you have the VS1000E currently at.

1 thing to note about the XS1500 pro power can't be turned off from from a controller with a RJ11 connection to the driver.
You have to use an outlet timer or wifi smart plug plugged into the power cord in order to shut the light off.
If you're using a controller like an AC Infinity Controller 69, you can use a UIS outlet to shut it off as well.

Yeah I’m running a WiFi smart plug good to know though.
