New to this site after seeing some talk about some afghan mango from Ohio. Figured I'd pop in and see what's going on over here. My most recent grow was emerald fire og x lemon g. It's got those nice lemon g terps that catch you first with some og sour citrus undertones. It was grown organically using KIS Organics nutrient mix. This plant took little effort other than watering and took a lot of neglect. Overall pleased with the results for the small amount of effort. This was my first time growing with a pre-made slow release organic mix like this.

I’m in Ohio also. I would love to find some real lemon g. It’s the strain that made me start growing. I’ve never found anything like it.

It's around. I don't have it yet but I expect to in the future.

I wouldn't trust that one. The only s1 that I found that seemed legit was organicx genetics. Even the s1's won't give the exact same as the original lemon g. An s1 might give you close enough though. Pacific Seed Bank is known to carry white label renamed seeds. Bodhi and CSI have done some lemon g hybrids that are probably worth checking out.

I'm in Ohio also. I would give my old lady and the old pickup for a silver pearl cut

They sell lemon g seeds at indoor gardens on indianola. They have dumpster also

Both of those are clone only varieties so either they are hybrids, S1's, or fake. Do they specify if they are S1's and do they say where they obtained those seeds?

@RealFarmer That's where I got my Deathstar cut from, small world! Working on grow #2 with a couple of clones that i cut from her. No clue if it's the "real" deathstar, but I can vouch for the stability of the cut that I got. The torture i put that poor girl through as I stumbled along my first grow....oof!

Just saying "Hi" from Ohio!

Run like hell from that dumpster fire of a company. All of their seeds are from the Island of Misfit Genetics 🤣

I could see that. I don’t think that I like too many of them. It’s all about the money. The whole community should get together and do clone only. We could get better genetics from ourselves. Not some commercial business. I liked Subcool and I like Kyle kushman, if you want to make money on this business, make supplements. All the new growers will buy it right up…… in no way am I trying to belittle anyone. We’ve all been there.

If you buy lemon g s1 seeds you will eventually hit the rare clone only pheno. It's actually the rare pheno expression that's clone only not the strains. So if you buy lemon g seeds and don't harvest lemon pledge smelling flowers it doesn't mean you got fakes just means your still hunting for the rare lemon g pheno known as the Ohio cut. Just saying if you go about finding rare pheno types like Ohio lemon g and death star orillidium from seed instead of buying the clone you can't expect to get the rare gems every seed.
