Fresh 5 bag system, simple short hose and bubbleator, 500g, first 12 washes…..thoughts and feedback appreciated on the reuse of the cold water (I change every 3 spins to keep temp low…I’m on a bulk/maximise project so will spin to the last gram 😂

Hosed down and cleaned and I’m going to hang for the night and give you results in the morning 😎

Also, feedback please on the amount I’m using here in a small space. I know the answer is get a bigger machine but I’m not looking for a warehouse…need large portable washing machine recommendations, anyone have experience with anything double the size of this?

Quick but firm hand press and now under 24kg flat press, for 6 hours…. thoughts? Advice? Experience? I haven’t dried it, just straight 25mc press, overnight now. This method works for me as a smoker…. I enjoy a full blend, kept airtight and squidgy but as I say I need to maximise volume on this and not think about how I like it so, processing tips, I guess, is what I now need…thanks again inadanvce for all ideas and experience 😎🙏👍😍

I think you have to figure out which two bags give you the purest result! Then, from what I’ve seen you form those two into patties, put them in the freezer, then pull them out in a couple of days And grate them! A lot of this stuff has to be done in cold conditions. Otherwise the stuff will start to melt and get messy on you if it is good and pure! Grating it allows it to dry. thoroughly! Then you can hot bottle press it, and make yourself a nice temple ball! This is a simplistic rundown, and you would be better off watching nicks video. In the washing game pictures really are worth 1000 words

Ok, will get them all in the freezer 🙏

Nicks video though? Can you please point/post link? I saw some dry sifting video but I do t think the one you are maybe refering to?

Thanks 🙏

With grating it, does that not degrade quality?

This stuff is cured and more bud than trim tbh and I have read that keep trichomes intact as much as poss is best…?

Then melting or hot rolling - surely this just starts decarbonisation and lets you make it look pretty (which I also love but my bit is all the lovely little balls after producing these patties)…

All thoughts appreciated tad 🙏

This is the thread you’re looking for! And he started a batch on November 29! I think he’s done some since then, but that was what came up. Look through this thread and check out the videos! Sorry, but I don’t know how to link!

If you are doing it right, you should get nothing but tricomb Heads out of one of the bags! Maybe mostly heads out of another! But the rest will be contaminated with plant material! Grating a frozen patty of pure heads won’t Degrade the quality! I think it’s just a way of getting it to dry completely before you Proceed to the next step! Which is usually pressing with heat. Do your research? Are you even using ice?

I’m only running 4 bags myself 160 120 73 45 had tons of stuff in my 120 but trash also but I put my 73 and 45 together it is pretty pure full melt stuff.
Growing some landrace just to wash a bunch 🫶🪴
