I read somewhere if ph is below 5.9 this can happen my last ph was 5.98 yesterday

Lights might be too close also so I'm gonna adjust lights and put some of this in it.....right?.....

Those succulents definitely look hungry... maybe feed them a little seaweed. As for the cannabis, looks more to me like your nute problem is pH related.
 
is pic 5 agave? If so they are wanting more light and heat to get established and they certainly don’t have the same nutrient requirements as cannabis. I just plant them in clay like dirt and they eventually do their thing. Super hardy, hardly ever need to water them.
 
Yes they are agave,they are from the bigger plants I was getting out the way so the yard looks uniform with the other 5,they are huge these is the babies I guess....lol
