Day 32 of flower.
I think I really stunted her when I nuked 1/2
of her root ball, when she was in the 5gal bucket.
Seems like way to many orange hairs this early in flowering.
I hope she's not trying to finish already, I'll be lucky to get a qp
off from her.
I wouldn't be growing if I was mate haha I'd be buying boat loads on my iPhone 19 living the good lifeAny relation to Steve
I count bud set as day 1, usually 10-14 days after flip to 12/12Mine are close to that old and the buds don't look as fat. Do you count flip as day one?
I'm thinking the second defoliation like 3 weeks after flip slowed it down or too many smaller branches. No orange hairs yet though.
Ya need some husky’s n a sled MikeWho said they wanted some snow?
Had to get out and take a piss the drive was takin awhile today haha

Here's from the web in support of my position:
When Does the Flowering Stage Actually Begin in Cannabis?
The start of the flowering stage can be a bit subjective, depending on how you define it. There are two common ways growers mark the beginning of flowering:
1. Transition Period (Pre-Flowering) – Week 1 of 12/12 (Not Official Flowering Yet)
- When you switch to 12/12 lighting (for photoperiod plants), the plant does not immediately start flowering. Instead, it undergoes a transition phase, often lasting 7-14 days, where it stretches significantly and prepares to bloom.
- Some growers call this period "Week 1 of Flowering", but the plant is not yet forming real buds—just showing early signs.
2. The True Start of Flowering (Bud-Set) – Usually After 10-14 Days of 12/12
This means that if a strain has an 8-week flowering time, you should start counting from the first sign of actual flower formation, not from the first day of 12/12.
- Many experienced growers consider flowering to officially begin when bud sites form, usually around Day 10-14 after the 12/12 flip.
- This is when:
- White pistils (hairs) appear in clusters at the nodes.
- The plant stops stretching as much.
- The first signs of trichome development begin.
For Autoflowers
- Autos begin flowering on their own, usually between weeks 3-5 from germination.
- The start of flowering is marked not by time but by visible pistils forming at the nodes.
I Can sometimes start counting as soon as 6-7 days Into 12/12 if from clone and a fast plant. Most are 10-14 days before really Into flower thoughAh, that makes sense. It's hard to know which time people start with if looking for pics online. I've been counting since flip and I think it was around day 12 when I started seeing a lot of pistils.
Wife’s been lookin for another dog… don’t give her any ideasYa need some husky’s n a sled Mike![]()

very pretty, but not exactly on point lmao. They werent in total thrive mode when i flipped em, i just wanted to get some more indoor flower going. Then I got lazy with my drainage early in flower and gave point break some pretty good burn. Using a pretty hot soluble atm. Prob too much organic content for how much I was trying to feed as well. Used worm castings instead of my usually organic pellets in this soil batch. Her buds look incredible, frostiest ive seen them, but they're a little small this go and she has some crisp to some of her fan leaves. Shes maturing on time though. She looks on point man! Killin it!
Nah she’s lookin damn good, nice and frosty, great structure on the mains, great color, wish I could smell hervery pretty, but not exactly on point lmao. Pb3 is covered in calcium deficiency because i was just too cautious with her (the columbians are very picky plants indoors) and theres a little bit of burn on the cman x okie and the flow gdp for the same reason as point break. Got greedy with the feeding and lazy with the pot drainage. They didnt get hit as hard as point break though. They never skipped a beat, just brown tips and margins here and there. Roughest looking tent ive had in a long time but they hanging in there.

these look nice. I like hot peppers but not really hot ones. I got some seeds from a place @Mikedin suggested. I got some tomato, Okra, pole beans, and cucumbers. starting all these indoors. gives me a good reason to put up my other tent. we have room most of her stuff is junk hoarder stuff lol. That guy was a bird brain. I do some gardening, although I put a lot more effort into my medicinal garden , usually there’s a good selection of hot peppers, and various types of cherry tomatoes growing in the garden outside every summer. My favorite cherry tomatoes are midnight snack a hybrid that turns dark purple almost black when fully ripened. These are grown in a soil with good aeration and a good base of table scrap compost in 3-5 gallon plastic containers. I get lazy with the outdoor gardening by mid summer and typically don’t feed anything, just well water once a day unless it rains. The peppers are in a 3 part mix of pumice, peat moss, and nutrient dense potting soil usually coast of Maine stonington blend.View attachment 2377209
