First grow, is she dying ?

This is my first grow. She is starting look a little sad. The tips of some leaves are becoming brown and they just aren’t looking too healthy. I think i over feed her. Can i fix this ?

This is my first grow. She is starting look a little sad. The tips of some leaves are becoming brown and they just aren’t looking too healthy. I think i over feed her. Can i fix this ?
