It does a solid job
I would like to add UV light for flower though
Bruce Bugbee does work at Utah State University and their findings have shown that far blue expand cell growth, and far red inhibit cell expansion.
While far red isn't a bad thing for veg, just keeps the plant more bushy and the node spacing tighter.
You end up with tight dense buds that take longer to cure to the center at drying.
So yes, I like the light- but I feel like I could improve the setup.
