How long after a male plant starts showing ... will the seeds start to pollinate?

I’m not sure I get your drift! But it will take about as long as, getting a female plant in flower in with it and let the male plant dump its pollen on her! Then she will start making seeds! I think, unless you have a Hermie, it takes two to tango!😁
 
About three weeks after they show I’ve been told but I’d wait for someone else to chime in that knows better
 
The pic you posted is a full on male, you'll get no seeds from that, unless you supply a female plant. Within a couple days of a female plant showing pistils she can be fertilized, plus in a greenhouse situation the pollen will be viable for several weeks..
 
Yeah those won’t be seeds. They’ll make pollen which makes seeds if it gets on a female
 
After males make their polen bags they will open them every day a few bags it lasts a few week
