You don't need a lot of water yet which means you have to add it more often. Once or twice a day with the size pots you have and the amount of water you've added in the pic. It won't take long (within a week) the plants will need more water than you are giving now.ok but how many ml of water?

i would advise you moist the whole medium next watering till a little run off, roots grow and expand faster than you might think and they won't thrive in too dry medium. then you can water with smaller amount until the plant get big enough related to pot size. Remoist the whole top soil layer gently then concentrate what remain around the trunk of the young plant

water will activate microbial in the soil and will also prevent it to become hydrophobic if you let it dry too much.
