To help her, what do I need to add for her right now? Thanks for helping, I have no idea what I'm doing, so any help will be helpful will put up more pics later

I don't see any mention of the lights you are using. Ive never used those jiffy pots, but I hear they aren't a great idea. I use solo cups, seems a lot of people use em.

Sorry to say but she was died to much nitrogen and light that killed her but I'm not done yet I have ordered https://acinfinity.com/grow-accesso...height-kit-with-heat-mat-led-lights-5x8-tray/ and going to use Jiffy peat pellets
keep posting update
I use peat pellets to start my seeds. Just be careful not to saturate the pellets too much. They should never look visibly drenched.

To add: I don’t use the germination kit. I use Jiffy peat pellets by expanding the pellet and putting the seed inside. Then I plant the pellet in a solo cup 1”-ish below the soil line in Happy Frog and wait for it to sprout. 🌱

Just a suggestion and nothing to do with anything you’re doing right now:

I would consider fabric pots over plastic for your next grow. They’re dirt cheap and allow more air to get to your roots.

When you’re ready to start your next grow, consider starting a grow journal where you can itemize everything you’re doing and keep a record. It’s a great way to get feedback and really hone your skills. You see brand new growers all the time start out rough on here and within no time they’re doing well ✌️
