Was mainly trying to figure out if your in coir.
get them healthy before flowering a Cali deficiency can take a while to clear up & they can get worse before it gets better

pale green leaves could be a sign they are low on Nitrogen.

Agree on being overwatered. And HF without amendments can be slow to drain and will require nutrients within a couple weeks, with plants those size especially.

I'll add my vote to it being overwatered. Let it dry for a few days and watch for changes. The overall color should improve. There are indications of Mg deficiency, but I wouldn't treat it till after correcting the watering frequency. A foliar feed of Mg could be used in a day or two.
