I’m growing an outdoor cannabis plant and recently noticed something strange at the top of the plant. It’s already started showing some white pistils, but now I think I might be seeing what looks like a pollen sac forming near the new growth. It’s just one spot so far, but I’m worried it might be turning hermaphrodite.

Is it possible for a pollen sac to appear alongside pistils? I’ve read that hermaphrodites can develop both, but I’m not 100% sure if what I’m seeing is really a male sac or just part of normal development.

I’ve attached some close-up photos (if allowed). Any help or second opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t see anything definitively male! I think it’s just the start of a nice fat cola! Which, if it’s not an auto, isn’t great either!😁

I asked this question because I didn't see any white pistils over that large initial bud only under it

U good just starting to flower since it's a auto look at the center of the other bud sites they should look the same just smaller

She should be in stretch right now almost to the end of it so yeah just a bud site but like oldchucky said give her time She looks healthy

Thanks a lot for the help! 🙏 That’s really reassuring. I’ll keep an eye on her and give her some more time. She does seem to be stretching still, so hopefully I’ll see more clear signs of flowering soon. Appreciate you guys! 🌱💚

I can’t remember the last time I saw an outdoor herm! I know it happens, but not like indoors!
