Hi all Im new to the hobby and set up my first grow 6 weeks ago I’ve planted 3 of this same strain 2/3 of the plants look healthy whilst the other one’s leafs are wavy look bumpy and ar stunted growth since seedlings only on one half of the plant could this be down to genetics or something I’m doing wrong? TIA

Sure you can wind up with a Derp. That one looks like it's struggling with transpiration, leaves look a little puffy to me. You could try running the soil a little drier than the other two and see if it looks any better. If the other two are happy I'd try that rather than change the whole tent environment to accommodate a single plant.

The red petioles suggest low PH. That locks out phosphorus and looks like a deficiency. Add a tad of PH-up, to her next watering and watch the terminal leaf to see if it helps
The lower leafs show the history and the terminal leaf shows the future.
However, if by "only half" you mean one half looks fine, it may actually be genetic.
