that looks like cal mag deficiency to me , its only happened to me once, but as soon as i added calmag most of the spots went away

did you cut the bad leaves off after adding cal mag ?

yes , i cut the worse ones off , i had to defoliate anyway. but i was amazed how most of the others healed, i think yours will just dissapear after a feeding.
ive been thinking about this and i only had cal mag issues the first time i grew in coco , and i believe coco holds onto a lot of calcium . i think i gave it 2 feeds of calmag through its life...

Hey! Slight yellowing can be from a few things, maybe nutrient imbalance or overwatering. Check your feeding and watering, and keep an eye on it. Hope that helps! Cheers!
