Multiple stems are like this but only on this plant , I don’t know what would be causing this if anyone has any ideas that would be great !!

Kinda looks like a site where someone plucked a branch and some of the stem peeled when they took it and you're left with that scar. It may be nothing of the sort, just offering the Occam's Razor perspective. Notice it's fatter around that site, that's usually what scarring looks like when the plant experiences physical damage.
