unfortunately all but the 1st grow here has been somewhat horrible. the plants from that grow were grown with the sun most of the day for a month and then set inside under an inexpensive setup (lights around $75, roughly $25 per light) for flowering. i used a 50/50 backyard soil, purchased compost mix with a very small amount of organic fertilizer. i would consider it had to do with the seed genetics and i gotta imagine was fairly palatable growing conditions.

to be honest i'm not very knowledgeable in too many aspects unlike many here at thcfarmer. they could definitely give you a good heads up as to things tht might improve you bud. i would imagine that it might be a genetic disposition of the strain though. you might post a pic on the trainwreck thread and someone might give you more insight. if you post it to Eledins universe thread he might be able to benefit you, he's been very helpful to me.
Thank you

I also think that if you let them flower another 10 days or so, you will be happy at the better size of the buds!! 💪🏼

Thank you
looks like you might get a good amount of bud when done. it'll be sweet as hell if they are able to really shine. you're doing better than me these days. Best Wishes, i'd love to see them when they are finishing. 👍👍👍👍

all in all maybe i'm being a bit too critical...... the 2nd grow was about the same height as this grow and it was already well into flowering so this grow will definitely be larger than that.......

i would be inclined to say that the biggest issue with this growth is how long it took to get here.... 😌🤨🙃. hell, i stopped giving a damn about keeping check on how many days had gone by a while ago 😞🥺🫤👻👽. i think i may be at 100 days with the oldest plant, at least it wouldn't surprise me. at least they are looking healthy enough to flower now. 👽👍👍🤞

They are looking mighty fine now! I think it was just the soil being too hot, now that the excess nutrients are depleted they seem to be growing green and healthy 😍 they will probably ask for more food soon, if they start losing lower leaves and theyre dry and depleted is time to feed again.

Now what i do is: Grow autoflower plants as well. Some produce buds in 8 to 9 weeks. There are pros and cons to growing autos. If you fudge up something on a photo you have time to fix it. With a auto its like a dragster race....once you hit the gas (plant the seed) it's a race to the finish. Germinate the seed, then put it in the pot you are going to grow it in. (no transplant shock....don't have time for that) I use a 3 gallon pot.
I grow autos if I'm searching for a new strain also to get some smokable bud between grows) For instance if I want to see if Blueberry is a heavy producer, sticky buds, heavy buds.....I will first grow Blueberry auto...in 8-9 weeks I have bud....and I also see how this strain grows and if I like it I will spend the time growing the regular feminised version of Blueberry.....does that make any sense??? Now thats what I do. Not only am I gaining knowledge of a different strain, but am also getting rewarded with some bud to smoke.

i can appreciate the positive attributes of the autos. i'm just not comfortable leaving it to the plant. i would think if i had been doing autos i would have been screwed as the plants hadn't been developing as good as they should have (my meddling in the soil content, in particular, coffee grounds). they just became fairly stable and vigorous. got almost 4 months total and just started flower this week. they would have been fucked when they couldn't have used it the most, pretty much the whole flowering cycle. there was a point where i thought #2 & #3 were going to be pathetic but they are looking better so far. i've taken so many damn pics of this grow that at this point i'm waiting until there is very notable development before i bother.

personally i think if inclined autos are a very viable and beneficial pursuit. i love the size of your pots, very nice. i'm running 2 gal pots but feel the larger the better in general.

Man, i tell ya. i have had the pleasure of smoking some blueberry muffin that i am so damn impressed with. What A Taste.............. in my opinion if the blueberry is as tasty as the blueberry muffin i gotta say "Gotta Love It". i have little use for plants that aren't female (no buds) so feminized stuff would be a good shot if i was going to buy seed. provided they hold up to claims. i actually prefer a female that has a couple male pollen flowers in case i want to develop some seed.

i've never tried blueberry but thinking of what i have tried it sounds truly delicious 🫠🫠🫠.

As you stated with autos they have pros and cons. I am finishing my autos for the year...been harvesting at least 1 a day. My photos are coming along quite well. The first are my outdoor photos.
The second photo is a pick of my brothers blueberry auto. Nice bud.
