I was defoliating my plants for flower and noticed these leaves on the bottom. I'm not sure what it means, they've been healing from me having my light setting too high for a few weeks also.

It's hard to say with much confidence without pics of the whole plant and more info about your setup. Just based on leaf symptoms, arguments could be made for over-feeding (dark color, burned tips and edges), over-lighting (taco-ing, leaf twist, purple petioles), and over-watering (leaf texture, pronounced venules.) But as you said, if these came from the bottom of the plant, some of this damage might be old.
