Thats a male primed to seed all your neighbors plants...kill it and bag my friendHello everyone! Iām a first timer and found this at my place when it was small and decided to put them in pots and see what happens. What is growing at the top above the leaves and why?
Does a male plant spread only male seeds? Is there any value in keeping it around to keep seeds for future use?Thats a male primed to seed all your neighbors plants...kill it and bag my friend
Males spread pollen. Pollen fertilizes female plants. Females make seeds.Does a male plant spread only male seeds?
Your male would only have pollen. Breeders collect pollen so they can use it to fertilize a female and then grow seeds for future use.Is there any value in keeping it around to keep seeds for future use?

No get rid of it they are completely useless to you at this point. All they do is carry for a long ways pollinating the plants in the area.
