Awesome, I got worried. I’m new to growing and she started flowering earlier than the rest of the strains I’m attempting to grow. I just wanted to make sure coz I have all of the plants on my back deck and I know if it ends up being a male I have to remove them from the rest.

I purchased my seeds from Seed Supreme.
Yes, I’m in NY. I did one plant last year and started really late, still got about a half a pound from it though. But you’re right, after that I was hooked. Couldn’t wait for this season!

You should be able to check it in the website if you go to your orders in your profile. I went there and now theyre giving another auto for free with purchase (Banana kush auto), maybe it was an auto and it certainly looks like one.
PD: If you didnt create an account for the purchase, you should have the receipt in the mail that you used when you purchased.

Thanks! I’m gonna see if I can remember where I put those receipts coz I know I did tuck them away being that they have a good guarantee policy.
I tried to start some seeds early with an led grow light but I was doing something wrong and then it got late and I just started these right at the end of June and some at beginning of July. I hope they all still prosper. I’m better at the natural growing of things as I’ve been growing gardens for years, last year was my first cannabis plant though.

She may be an auto, I do t remember. I’m gonna try to find out as they were thrown in free and to be honest I wasn’t paying much attention. Smh lol

Auto flowers were created with a cross of Russian ruderalis sister that originated high latitude and flowers not matter what light on (sunrise)light off (sunset) schedule but a lifespan determined period
Winter comes early AF where it originated

In an outdoors setting autos are usually used to get more than 1 harvest per year since they flower based on how mature they are rather than light hours, while photoperiodic plants need at least 12 hours of darkness to start flowering so you need to plant them based on seasons and they mature based on seasons too, rather than on how old they are.
Pros about autos: Faster, more than 1 harvest per year.
Cons: Theyre smaller and you cant heavy stress train them, like toping (cutting the tip so it grows 2 new tips and the secondary branches recieve more resources) unless you know 100% that the strain can take it. Most autos cant, so that decreases yields.

If I were planting outdoors I would probably plant photos and autos. The photos will give you a very generous harvest while the autos will give less but more often.
If I were limited to 1 plant, I would choose a photoperiodic plant from a reputable bank and do light stress and heavy stress training. (Tying down branches, cutting the tip, maybe a defoliation before flower of everything that's in heavy shade not taking light, etc...)
