this is a indica dominate. not sure of the strain though. but heres some pictures. im hoping shes ready to smok? i do enjoy a more uplifting energetic high. what do you all think ?? i snipped one of many colas off to get a nice picture so the mum plant is still rooted. 8 weeks in flower today

Are the zoom pics of the actual bud as it kinda looks like there from the suger leaves witch turn early.

If the buds look like that then it depends on how you like your high.

If you want a bit of couch lock then maybe leave it a week or so

If not yes they are harvestable

When to Harvest



From the images you sent, and according to the picture I posted, it looks to me like your are good, maybe a bit in the early stage of the harvest window, but that is probably fine if you rather get high than stoned.

ive gave her unnuted water the past 2 waterings so about another week and ill think about giving them the snip

I like to see then pistils die a little and 8weeks is not a lot maybe a week more would do some difference.
Problem with micro photos your flash creates fake milkis from the reflection.i see a few ambers but they are all on the leafs.
Soo yea you can cut but maybe it gets better next week

I tend to agree with @amneziaHaze
Hence why I said it’s harvestable but I didn’t say it was ready imo I’d leave it a week or more to ripen as said 8 weeks is on the early side

Btw she’s very frosty good going for your first grow if it is.

She’s got quite a bit of n left in her

To get a smother smoke stop feeding 10 days or so depending on the nutrients you use you want her to fade a bit more.

By fade I mean the leaves to lose the dark green color.

You’ll get mashed on it & it should taste nice it’s simply it tastes & burns better when it’s got less nutrients left.

You’ll know by the color of the smoke you want a nice white color coming of a joint

Don’t get me wrong you done a amazing job & if it is your first grow you’ll definitely never forget it

Enjoy the adventure it’s one great of a journey 🙂

oh ive been growing for almost a decade indoor but not knowing the strain made me post.
ive always been curious why my green plants dont fade really, sometimes at the end the leafs got crispy due to stress factors.

i do like to aim for the purple strains and i believe these might even go in that direction

basically i started them all outside for 2-3 weeks than moved them inside under 18hrs light but somehow a inch tall plant decided to flower early during veg lights. so that tiny tiny plant finished and had specs of purple all over it and a light green to it asuming low nitrogen tbh i dont know what happened there but she smoked good as a 12week pull. the rest of the plants were great until flip time. pollen sacks but not in the buds only 1 or 2 down low. thinking due to all the training methods ive used was a little too much to quick but i won the battle only pulling 2 plants and nipping the rest of the pollen off. none got to open nor do i see any pollen on them girls so yeah thats their story.

just makes me think about anthocyanins and chlorophyll do i need to rid of all the nitrogen to get some colour ? i am currently flushing hoping to see some.

if you guys would like to see full plant pics i can show some tonight ? :)

thanks. i love the frost too, and ive been super super nice to her with chems. very orangically grown. pretty much worm castings and tiny little bit of PH perfect of course :P the seeds are off my own :D i had stressed a northern lights and let her pollenate the others in the grow area.
these seeds could be northern lights x gorilla glue / apples banana / GSC / GDP / chikita banana 33%

i decided to keep them rooted for another 2 weeks so 5-6 days to go
