Yes loupe the plants.
If it’s mites you still have time to spray an oil as you just started flowering.
Cheap 1-Gallon Spider Mite Spray Recipe:
• 1 tbsp soybean oil (~0.5 oz)
→ Primary suffocant, gentle and effective at this rate.
• 2 tbsp isopropyl alcohol (70%) (~1 oz)
→ Excellent knockdown, still mild enough for most plants
• 1 tsp (peppermint) Castile soap
→ Emulsifier, mild insecticide, peppermint adds repellency
• 1/16 tsp citric acid (a pinch)
→ pH adjuster, antimicrobial if you also have PM, but not needed for mites
• 1/8–1/4 tsp aloe vera 200x powder
→ Leaf soother, micronutrient carrier, improves spray adhesion and penetration, but not a must use.
Spray and monitor (as almost assuredly you’ll need to reapply). The oil is similar to neem in application - NEVER in the direct sun/high heat and best in evening. Once you’re further along in flower stop the oil and use just the IPA or
Spinosad spray. (Mites will build up a resistance to
Spinosad, so best to hold off using in veg.)
