Well good luck my friendI've used them before but thanks for that. The problem with lady bugs and lacewings is that it's their larvae that eat pests, the adults only feed on the honeydew. So while you're waiting for them to mate, the bad bugs are reproducing like crazy. With aphids, if you don't control the ant population then you can't control the aphid population. Ants will aggressively protect aphids because they feed on the honeydew. The good bugs need to outnumber them to be effective.
The birds have been all over that plant since I moved her out to the back 40. Lol
There are a few lady bugs and green lacewings in the greenhouse now but I haven't seen very many eggs yet. I did see a dead lacewing larva that probably got killed by an ant by the look of it.
Every year there's always something that comes along. Last year it was bud rot. Like a whole plant worth of moldy buds. Enough to fill a trash bag.View attachment 2506709
Thank youWell good luck my friend
I don’t know nothing about rabbits! Do you have to trim his teeth? Or is he able to keep them in good shape by gnawing? That critter could make short work of a plant! One of my rabbit poop machines. This is my Giant buck named Smokey. He thinks he’s a dog and bigger than many dogs.

I never realised how beneficial some insects are for plants ,now I go out my way to put ladybirds on my plants .If you have a local supplier of predatory insects go to them, there are wasps, mites & lacewing options that will potentially solve your problem.
If no local suppliers there is Evergreen Growers Supply or Arbico Organics online, west coast suppliers.
Adding more insects may seem odd if never done before but they do their job & move on with very little evidence that they were ever there-
Chewing keeps them down but they aren’t rodents so they grow differently to begin with but they can get out of control in some lines/breeds quicker.I don’t know nothing about rabbits! How do you use the poop? I got some from my buddy awhile back and just cast it around. But a month or two later I’m still breaking up the pellets (when I water) as they got hard and breaking down very slow. Guessing it’s better to compost or soak for a bit before putting down?
Looking good , some view they got to look out on ,Howdy, just introducing myself to the group. First time outdoor grow :) My guess is week 4 flower... have everything setup on no til with a solar powered drip and aeration system for the res, and that has made it pretty low maintenance. Have red wigglers in the soil and feeding them uncle Jim's worm food plus bananas and avocados to supplement. I'm not sure if the fan leaves starting to yellow and drop already is normal as this is my first outdoor grow, but the colas seems to be in developing nicely. Noticed some brown tips but wasn't sure if it was from a heat wave a couple weeks ago. Been spraying BT every 3/5 days depending on rain to keep the caterpillars away since before flower when I first noticed some of the leaves were getting chewed, and for the most part seems to keep them at bay.
White ruckus clones I got from a local dispensary started in early May, and put them outside last week of May. Cheers

I see snapping beans in your future.
That's what I'm used to picking, when it comes to KENTUCKY WONDER beans. Nice haul.
Now thats some record bean snapping...and canning.
Cool! We just freeze ours.
Reminds me of Sunday nights when I was a kid. Watching Disney and snapping a bushel of beans with the family.
Do u cut yours, or freeze them wholeCool! We just freeze ours.
