Hello, my first real post here but I'd like to understand what's wrong with these two young plants (sorry if the pics are not the best)

Am I giving them not enough light, or too much?

I am using a Mars Hydro FC1500, distance 45cm, power 20%

Thanks for your help

thanks, i am never sure when i start them if they look fine or not

This is a critical time for the new grower and the plant. The biggest danger is that you will love them to death.

Water away from the plants never at the base of the plant
Allow the plant dirt to get dry before watering.
A seedling in a big pot is a harder plant to water but will not have the stress of up potting. I do the same with the seedling into the final pot.
Doing fine.
If the seedling starts getting a long thin stem with little growth it is looking for light. Give it more light.
If the seedling stacks new leafs tight and squat it is not looking for light, turn the light down.
Do not treat these plants as the same for light and watering unless they show you they are the same. Tiny pot plants are like kids. Genetics plays a part and you can have 2 different plants from the same seed provider.
Good luck.
